Text of Complaint by Arpit:

I have booked a flight on 17Apr’2019 from Paytm and flight got cancelled from the airways side. Paytm commits me to provide the full refund and I tried to connect Paytm again and again but didn’t get proper resolution, always said working on it.Today 26Jun’22 again tried to reach out to the customer service, agent (Prabhat)received call and clearly denied to proceed due to Paytm server is down, i ask to transfer call to the senior again he denied, after just 1 min again I tried to call this time talking to Ms. Rachel and their is no issue with the server as per Rachel. So why Prabhat denied to proceed?
That is why I’m very tied up to follow up for my own money with Paytm from Apr’2019 to Jun’22. They haven’t call me back just disconnect the call in between, very disappointed with the customer care service. Please provide my money back also take action against paytm for this mentally harassment. This is pathetic.
