I added 20000 from my credit card in paytm wallet and wanted the amount went to gift voucher confirmation messages with transactions ID . This is terrible. We are using the service to het help but instins it’s causing big problems.
Called customer service the call keeps dropping not bothering . This is make customers more orate I need my issue resolved asap. And I need my money to wallet.
