I had placed an order from Dominos on June 13, 2018 amounting Rs. 364, for which I tried paying by paytm, first. But the payment got declined. So I paid the said amount directly by netbanking, the second time.
To my surprise, my paytm wallet money got deducted on June 14, 2018 (the next day) against the same order. I called Dominos persons, they have not received double payment, and it seems a technical glitch at paytm end only.
Now the paytm customer care service number that I had been trying from past 3 days, got connected today and a customer care executive named Anju, wants me to send a denial mail to paytm. and I’d have to go through all bullshit procedures all over again.
When it is an inconvenience from paytm why should I suffer for getting my refund back. Why can’t paytm get itresolved at its own end and just refund my money back.
