On the 30th of April I had booked two movie tickets from Paytm app and an amount of 1070 was deducted from my account which was the amount for the tickets .
The booking was not successful and I received a message saying the refund will be initiated but additionaly an amount of 786 Rs was cut from my account again from Paytm which had no relation with my movie transaction and I received no information about it.
They refunded me 256 rs in my Paytm account which also had no information.This unauthorised transaction by Paytm is shocking and I am unable to get through customer care as well to ask for help
