HI ,

 

This is srinivas, am using paytm and i have transferred some amount to paytm i.e 18,000.

It has been 15 days & more, but still i did not get the money into my account which is linked up with the paytm bank.

The bank linked up with the paytm bank is kotak mahindra bank, they cleared said that it is pending from paytm end.

I am wasting my time daily for calling paytm customer care no one responds properly no backup.

I have been struggling to contact the higher manager in paytm but no luck. Many of my transactions have been struck.

I am gone through all the chances of getting the money & got frustated with them.

Thats the reason am raising a complaint with you. Please help me to sort out this issue as soon as possible, since am pretty sure that paytm is not going to solve my issue. They just saying some non sense.

I request to check my case and revert back if you need any details. I have attached the pdf of the transaction done in paytm. Reply me on below emailid.

 

Am expecting the solution as soon as possible.
