I have purchased one high end Dell laptop from paytm for Rs. 79380/- and it has supplied without its power adaptor and mains cord which I have already informed them. I was expecting they will supply it through separate parcel or any other way. In the mean time I was in urgent need of laptop and I have open and tried to activate later I came to know that the particular piece is defective. They have approved my return but no one is picking up my laptop so that I can get the refund or new laptop. I have tried my level best to contact them but there is no response properly. Please do the needful
