Sir I purchased Red Tape Athleisure Sports Range Men Black Running Shoes from Paytm mall of size UK 10 Order no. 4524667174 but shoes were not fit in size so I requested for replacement of size UK 11. They accepted my replacement and assigned this work of return pickup to shadowfax courier. But shadowfax courier boy didn’t approach me and sent me a message that quality check has been done and shoes are tampered after that I got message from Paytm mall that shoes cannot be replaced. No body came to my house and without examining my shoes shadowfax sent false report.
I have written to Paytm mall many times but they are not taking care of my matter
