i paid rs 110 to a departmental store near my home and the money was debited from my acconut but was not credited into the merchants account.

I mane many complaints on twitter(@sagarbhalla0015) for proof when i try to escalate the matter they say that we need some more time and we are lookig into the matter.

I just want and answer how much time will it take i have checked merchants paytm wallet and bank acconut but there is no recipt of rs 110 on the particular date
