I ordered a bag on 20th Feb 2019, from my Paytm account and the payment mode is prepaid which is done by my debit card and the bag is received me on 22nd Feb 2019, I sent the returned request from this bag on the same day and next day on 23rd Feb 2019 we returned this bag from your blue dart delivery boy who also gives me a return slip which is, I also attach on the same mail.
But till on 27th Feb 2019, I didn’t receive my refund and when I complain in Paytm 24*7 helpline they said they already initiate my refund from paytm’s end and this is your bank’s problem but they are free from our end and I also check my bank’s end but they also said we didn’t receive any amount so, at the end me as a customer I felt cheated on your end and this is a very disgusting feeling because now you behave you are out of this stuff and now this is my problem but please it’s a humble request please refund my amount or do something for your customer otherwise I’ll take action against your company for cheated on me.
Please do something ASAP.
