Dear Sir,
I had received this(PumaBranded shoes) product without shoe box, it was only in polythene packing and shoe is looking very old, finishing is not good and also had a crack. Due to these reasons I lodged return request of this product but when courier boy came to pickup the product he refused to pickup this product without the shoe box and rejected my return request also.
I had longed many times return request but no action taken by you. Last Saturday I revived a call from Pay TM Customer care, then I discussed with your customer care regarding this issue and I asked him I have a Video of this product which will clear that product received in poor packing, hence I am sending you the product opening video, please find the attachment.
I have been messing continuously to care@paytm.com but not getting any reply from their side, kindly sort out my query.
Now, you are requested to solve this issue and do the needful as early as possible.
