I had purchased samsung s8 from croma electronics borivali. The sales person ankit told me that if i pay through paytm u will get ₹10000 cashback.. 

after that sales person tooked my mobile and orderd s8 from paytm mall from my mobile hehad applied promo code too then he gave me my mobile to enter credit card details.. after that i was wating for cashback for nearly 12 days as mentioend in your promo code terms.

After that i had raised a conecrn with paytm.

But paytm is ignoring for the cashback..

I herby request you to refund me the cashback or i will be forced to take this concern in front of consumer forum as paytm & croma as party..

Request to resolve this issue at the earliest..
