I have ordered a product from Paytm on 19th of july…It was to be delivered to me by 24th of july…But it’s not delivered and also mentioned they would deliver on 25th of July but still not getting information from seller or paytm .
when for writing a query regarding the product I opened the delay in order deliverey page in my product details and It clearly mentioned that the product is still in just dipatched from 25th as per the tracking details but still now there is no reply from the sell…
There is no option of talking to the customer care except messaging and no contact number of seller is mentioned there and my 5612162687
