Order5707688206 is still not delivered and it shows that it has been picked by delivery guy on 5th of august and I had text from delivery guys stating that he was unable to reach me and there was no call which has been made and when I try to reach him was being said that as was unable to reach he has mentioned the product cannot be reached because of the incorrect address it has Dholakuva as an address instead of dallupura village and now being kept in return as cannot be reached because of the incorrect address.
And when I check the order on my app shows my address with the right information and the right number so I’m really not sure what’s wrong with the courier guy at this is a case you can cancel order get my money back to me and it’s been a really worst experience for this purchase.
The worst part is there is no number for the Paytm help all the Paytm Mall help to reach because whenever I call a number which is for the customer service it’s stuck on waiting for hours and hours.
