Sir,
I have made one transaction of Rs. 15000/- on dtd 07/05/2019 the transaction made for addition of money to my Paytm wallet for online purchase of MI MOBILE product( mob 9921885212) as it required instant payment through wallet only.
But amount of Rs 15000/- wrongly appropriated in Paytm gift voucher by paytm without my consent. Now the product I am looking for purchase is out of stock and will not available for a month.  But I am borrow this money from SBI credit card which charge huge interest on utilised money.  Now Fund block in the form of gift voucher which can not used for bank transfer and will be block until I am used it for online purchase.  My question is that when my Paytm account is Non KYC compliant then how you accept my deposit and also block in the form of gift voucher without my consent.  I have select the option of adding money in wallet only then either it should deposits in wallet or reversed to credit card if amount is More than Rs 10000/-.

Now I am facing financial problem and also going to waste my valuable time in follow up for getting my own money back.  I made spending huge interest on that amount to SBI CREDIT CARD for my own money. I request you please transfer fund to my wallet or reversed it to my credit card. I have contacted several times to care executive but did not get satisfactory response.
