i am a student ,my father sent me 20000 rupee in my paytm wallet for college fee ,paytm claim 0% transection charge and after that for add ammount to paytm wallet to paytm bank they chage aprox 300 rupee i promont cashless transection but not on this note.my paytm no. is 9311664917

we use online portal for easy transaction process not for complication i have done kyc i link my adhar no. and pan no. for comfortable transaction process . for getting my money i have spend 800 rupees approx .then here what is benificial for me this time ?

i have lost my money for getting my own money i have failed transaction no. i want to know people are blessed with this cashless transaction or abused .
