On 2-07-19 I recharged my delhi metro card using Paytm App. The amount was detducted from my account but it didn’t reched in my metro card. Since 3-07-18 I had been complaining To paytm to refund my amount but they were only telling me to wait for 24-48 hrs. But I has been 5 days now and non action has been taken up
