I had received a damaged product from paytm and want a replacement or refund but the paytm is not approving my return.
Though it is the policy of paytm to accept returns within a week of delivery if the product is damaged but they are not approving the return.
I requested the return on the second day of the delivery. The customer support also said that the return will be approved in 24 hours but it didn’t happen so. I kindly request you to take strict action against Paytm and refund me my money.
