I have not received cashback till against.

i got a message conveying your card is not eligible for cashback .this new t & c
Were not there earlier also, if its new then how previous order cashback was recived when i did same .i am disappointed with paytm worse service.service without help.if such be situation with paytm one will never use & would recommend my all coulique to not use it . I humble request you to process cashback sooner without any intervention or without applying any t&c further which was never told to coustmer remain unaware.
I have also attach order id where where single account has two order from single card & i got cashback.

Send legal notice to Paytm through an Advocate and if still they denied cash back then file case in Consumer forum and demand cash back along with compensation for harrassment humiliation time loss
