Actually on 22/12/2018, Accidentally I transferred an amount of ₹10000/- to a person who is unknown. So I raised a complaint in Paytm but that wrong person wrote a letter to her bank (HDFC) telling that amount credited from unknown person. So that HDFC bank transferred an amount of ₹10,000/- to paytm pool account on 30/03/2019. Now I am asking my money to paytm but they are not responding.  When I went to HDFC bank I enquired everything the bank manager told that we send amount to paytm bank pool account on 30/03/2019 and he shared the details of transaction with me..
