I have made payment to ICAI on 7th June 2018 of Rs. 20,000//- through Kotak Mahindra Bank- Internet Banking. It is through Paytm Gateway. The amount got debited from my Kotak Bank A/c. But on next day Email received from Paytm that “Transaction with ICAI of Rs. 20,000/- failed and if amount is debited from your Bank A/c then amount will automatically get credited to your Bank A/c “.
Therefore I waited for almost 30 days to get the amount credited in my Bank A/c . But now it is more than 40 days that amount is still not credited to my Bank A/c.
I inquire the same with Kotak Bank they said that amount has already been credited to Merchant Banker on 10th June 2018 i.e T+2days. And Transaction of Rs. 20,000/- is successful at their end.
The same thing I shared with Paytm , But reply from Paytm is that ” Your Transaction of Rs. 20,000/- to Merchant ICAI under Order ID 138510_5b1a33869ff7a was unsuccessful, hence no amount has been debited.”
In both of these Kotak Bank & Paytm Bank my money has blocked. and nobody from them is taking this matter seriously and ultimately I have to take this matter to higher Authority.
So please help me to get the amount refunded in My Bank as soon as possible.
