I made a accudental purchase on 2 october on purple.com tnrough paytm worth of inr 1915. But order was not verfied but amount has been deducted i tried to contact paytm aswell as purple.com through mail and also on support number i was getting only autogenerate reply even i have sent them attached snapshot for the proof purpose but i did not get any resolution.And also contact my banks customer support but refund not received. I called customer support and also visited the branch. They said me they haven’t received any amount regarding this transaction number. Now i am sending emails to paytm but they are not replying to my emails. Now i am raising complaint by your forum. Kindly look at my problem and solve my problem. I am giving my details here
