I have explained the issue multiple times to payTM and have sent more than 60 reminders for the processing of the balance refund which is due on account of cancellation of air ticket as per the booking number 9837968829.
I have received the refund of 15,008/- INR on 24th February which was for the onward journey flight from Bangalore to Singapore, scheduled for 24th Feb; whereas, the balance amount of 15,008/- INR is still pending which is for the return flight from Singapore to Bangalore scheduled for 2nd March.
Kindly look into the matter and confirm the processing of the remaining balance amount at the earliest. It is already more than 4 months that I am chasing for this money.
Please note that the airlines have already confirmed that they have refunded the entire amount without any deductions to you. Attached screenshot for your reference.
I have escalated the concern many times, but without any firm response/action from your end.
