Text of Complaint by Saibal Kumar Chowdhury:

Dear Sir

This is with reference to the mobile recharge through Axis Bank against mobile no-9835373268 of Rs.22/- was done on 16th of Feb 2018,please note that te amount was deducted but mobile was not recharged.

Therefore, please verify into it and refund the said amount.
