i made a accudental purchase on 18 october on paytm wirth of inr 3202. And i immedtiately canceled the order. And paytm intiated the refund on 20-09-2017. And gave me trasaction refrence number ans told me to contact my banks customer support if refund not received. I called customer support and also visited the branch. They said me they haven’t received any amount regarding this transaction number. Now i am sending emails to paytm but they are not replying to my emails. Now i am raising complaint by your forum. Kindly look at my problem and solve my problem. I am giving my details here
