I purchased 32gb samsung memory card with adaptor of Rs.839 from paytmall with order number 5519349536 on dated 7th july. The product which i received is not in working condition, i request for return but they canceled return request.

I tried calling so many times on their customer care number 011-3377-6677 but they are not responding my any calls and also have sent email to care@paytmmal.com but they didn’t response on that.

I am very disappointed with their facility. I would like to replace my product and i want new memory card with working condition. My registered contact number is 9999750821 and email is sonimanish654@gmail.com. please resolve my issue
