i payed my electricity bil on 8 may of 10383 rs by paytm they deducted that amount from my account and my bill was not payed when i tocked to them they told me that your amount will be refunded to your account in 7 to 14 days and give me refrl no. and say your bank given this no. and my bank say we dont give any kind of no. and we cant help you regarding this problem 14 days past and i not get my money back both paytm and my bank sbi raising ther hand and say we cant do any thing now what i do i m helpless now plz help me
