I have purchase a watch online on paytm n make online payment of rs 369and it was deducted instantly and after 20 sec I have changed my ming I want to cancel this because I want to buy something more in paytm but still money was not refunded in my bank n for deducted it will take 5sec so why in refunding it will take longer tym please help me provide my 369 rs which has been charged
