Hello,
I am Gunjan Bondre, i recently tried to add money in my paytm wallet from phone pe, from phone pe the transaction was successful as well as one97 messaged me that 1000 rupees is being added, but on paytm wallet it was not reflecting the amount i wanted i.e. rupees 1000. it was showing 0 rupees in my paytm wallet. Contacting there customer support it also didn’t helped me almost half of my cellular recharge was spent on calling the customer support but from the paytm customer support there was not even a single reply. what to do in these digitized world we are trying to adapt the change but these stupid companies are looting so many peoples daily and people are like let it be. but i want you to take strict action against paytm.
