I recharged my Jio phone 8617636350 on 25/08/2018,time-3:10:31 p.m., order no-5886372826,Dc transaction number-201823754922631, but Jio says that they haven’t received any money from Paytm,but Paytm remit money from my axis bank account.
Pls solve the problem so that money can credited to my account.
