Hi, this is regarding i payment i made through Pay TM on March-02-2018 at Barcode Shack and Restaurant at Goa, twice money taken from My bank, but merchant not received it, then i have to pay it cash, now paytm is not giving my money back, and telling me, that it has paid to merchant, same day, while it gave me error, at that time
