I Paid my Vodafone dongle bill, thru paytm wallet, however when I saw the next month bill the old amount was showing as outstanding. When I checked with Vodafone they said the paid mobile no is not reflecting in the payment made details. So I contacted paytm customer care.
I had raised the query on 24X7 help on 9th Feb with Query Ref No : 109202891, but could not get any resolution, hence I wrote an email to nodal officer when in I got some response however the query was not resolved yet. Now that the issue is still on, they have removed that particular transaction from the history / passbook of Paytm.
Remarks from Nodal officer
Your transaction of Rs. 1295.0 to merchant Vodafone Mobile Services Limited KAR PST W under order id POST-ES133744729184241-1 was successful. As confirmed by the merchant, services have been delivered against the placed orders. Thus, we are unable to process any refund. But Vodafone is not accepting this as they do not have any proper confirmation.
