Text of Complaint by shivam sirohi:

I had ordered a laptop from paytm.I got a courier after 3 days in which the old laptop was out.I had opened that courier in front of the camera.I call Paytm Care that they asked for the video for proof.

i sent the video to them,he sent courier man for pickup courier from me.After that I got sealpack replacement courier.When I opened the replacement box in front of the camera this time i got a brick.

i again called to paytm care and called to them everything.He asked me to take a picture of the box 6 side. i sent images and videos to them.He told me that the problem will be solved in 10 days.after 10 day they told that -We investigated this from all ends, and regret to inform you that we will not be able to initiate refund to you. Our findings indicate that the courier partner delivered the product correctly to you.

I have a video for my proof that I had received brick in the box.
