- A person called me claiming that he is from paytm and had my name my number my address and even the order details of the item I bought from paytm last year and he claimed that you have won a lucky draw and all.
- he told me to transfer the amount of 4783 to the bank account with account holder name ; Paytm Tdi
- and believing the same I transferred the amount.
- then again the person told me to send him 7200 rs more for just server purpose and then I got that it’s fraud.
- after that I tried to contact paytm customer care and connected with three executive and each one of them gave me the same response that we can’t guarantee you anything and they didn’t even made me speak to their senior
- after 3 hours of complaint I got a mail that the money has already been transferred to the account hence we can’t do anything
- now that person have all my personal details and the paytm person is not ready to help me in any way and I need strict action to be taken against paytm.
