Help Me please
on 13july, 2018 one person called me through this number +91 11 4987 8537 on my paytm registered number and said that I am the lucky winner and he reminded me of one of the product which I bought through paytm app.
How can a fraudulent company get access to data regarding the product which I bought from paytm app so I think paytm is also involved in this fraud.
He said that he is a paytm representative and I am lucky customer of paytm and they will give me a bumper prize of any one of the following product of my choice j7 prime samsung mobile or Dell/hp laptop or sony led tv , they said that this gifts are too costly so that for address confirmation and for delivering product to your address you have to purchase any item from paytm whose total value should be more than 3000.
So, I added one prestige mixer for RS. 3399 in my cart on paytm. After that he called me and gave me a QR code on whats app and told me to transfer amount on this QR code through paytm, so I transferred Rs. 3399 on this QR CODE through paytm.
He has send me this Order No.- OD556326917and contact number- 8447680584 by email and told me that I will get the product soon. They have also told that I need to pay gst of RS 9500 in order to receive my laptop product and has sent me following bank account details-
Name of company-Online shopping ifsc code – and AC no-18510200000392
Thank God I didn’t transferred RS 9500 as after sometimes I realized that its fraud with me then i tried to contact on paytm to report the fraud but no one is picking up the call on paytm customer care number, I also tried to contact the person but he didn’t respond me and making me as fool.

PAYTM customer care has provided me following details about the merchant with whom I have transferred this amount-1. Merchant Name -rajendra dubey
2. Address -S/A, 96, Mundaka, North West Delhi, 110033 . Plz help me to get my Rs3399 money back.
I would like to report about the incident of offering me a banking jobs by a job agency. They said that they will provide a very good job in as any bank of my choice near my house.
And the job profile will be also of my choice from accountant, back office, cashier, etc. They have taken from me xerox of aadhar and asked me to pay RS. 500. After which they have given me a address in which I went but it was not a bank it was a call center.
For around two weeks they have done like this only. After sometime I stopped calling them. I request you to take some strict action against such companies because they can take away money from many other innocent people in the name of offering fake job.
