Text of Complaint by Vineet alva:

I had made transaction on UTS app and paid via Paytm on 25th August since the first transaction was failed I had to make second transaction and that too was failed but both the transaction amount was deducted from my account via Paytm.

since then I have raised this issue with Paytm customer care and they have just made a fool out of me every time I call them they say it is still under investigation.

they have irritated me a lot everytime I call them I raised complaint then also they have never bothered to reply me with the status everytime they say it will take more 2 to 5 working days.i am frustrated.

i want my money back 62 rupees. And I want claim for all the pain and frustration I have gone through all this while.
