Image Uploaded by Abdul Kasim khan:I ordered a mobile phone from paytm of worth rupees 15400 and paytm gonna give me a Cashback of rupee 2400 but it’s been 3 days since I received my phone & company claims dat u vl get ur Cashback as the item is shipped. Worst part is there is no email id of paytm where u can file a complaint no customer care service I dunno how dey are surviving in market by giving such cheap customer care relation. This is my Query ref. No. 36384061 I hope I’ll get a response now.
