I purchased samsung phone on june 28 for 13400 inr. I should have got 1200 cash back. But not received. Im keep on trying to call paytm to register in kyc. Bit it time paytm is sening messages saying that thier systems are under maintainence. But it been a month. Paytm is loyal platform i guess. I couldnt even connect to customer services.
