Keeping in points.
I bought 3 brand factory vouchers on 8, 9 and 10th of june each worth rs 3k and deal was to get a 350 rs movie promocode as cashback per brand factory voucher I bought.
When I bought my first BF voucher(8th june) my PAYTM account was not linked with email id. So I dint get the first movie promocode.
I wanted to clear this matter with the PAYTM customer care personnel.. But they are not answering my call. I have filed a case in the PAYTM app but getting automated reply.
Kindly help me to get the thing resolved.

My paytm voucher of 350 rupees against movie ticket did not get active. I tried so many times but still inactive. Voucher has been issued by brandfactory Shopping on 10th Kumar 2018. Voucher is valid till 6th of July. Pl. look into this matter.
same here. 250Rs voucher did not get active.
Didn’t receive brand factory movie voucher of 150rs. And cashback of 50rs. i brought in valantines day offer in brand factory for 999 but till now i did not receive any cash back.
