Text of Complaint by Harinath M:

I use Pay TM services from my mobile and on 10th January 2018, an amount of Rs 9889.12 was transferred probably during a failed attempt to order for a camera Lens. The amount is charged to my credit card and even had to pay for it, while complaining of fraud in this transaction as the PayTM passbook did not reflect it and no service was provided to me by Pay TM for the charged amount. Complained  over help line number – 011 3399 6699, the authentication code for which is 092815. I need your support to get the redressal for the issue. No proper response to the issue from PayTM so far.
