When KYC was made mandatory by PAYTM, I contacted them to close one of my paytm account linked with mobile number 8668974136 and email id: vikram.pawar@tomtom.com, on as I already had another and had completed my KYC for that account.
As per PAYTM, we need to send an email at closewallet@paytm.com to close any account. I did it first on 8th March, on which I got response that it will be closed. For few days the 100 messages that I used to get from Paytm late night stopped and now again started so I wrote to them on 3rd May.
No response.
Again everyday at late night they constantly send 10-15 messages to update KYC on mobile number which I already told to close.
I am very frustrated and could not find way to stop these. I have sent them third email today.
