dear sir

my name is darshan surati, my mobile No is 9167087766, which I have registered on Paytm,

since few month I started using this app, which is very convenient online app where we can transfer money to other Paytm users.

Last month I had logging again to this app and this app asked me for KYC.

few days back I got call from Paytm for KYC and I asked them to come next day, but I got message on my phone that my KYC verification meeting was fixed on 1 March 2018 which is almost week aftre.

on 3rd March I Traders 1000 Rs to my  Paytm Account from my bank account, I tried transferring to other Paytm users but it was showing that my KYC is not completed.

i logged many Complaint on Paytm my query no is :  55095857, 54519774. But still no reply from them

herw my question is when my KYC is not completed then I can’t trasfer any amount to other Paytm users nor I can get back in my bank account, then why your app allow us to transfer fund from bank account to Paytm.
