Maine 7 Dec 2017 ko mere debit card se mere paytm wallet ko Inr 5000/- transfer lie the.. mere bank account se amount to debit hogaye Nagar mere paytm wallet me transfer Nahi hue… Maine usi din iski complaint paytm customer care service se ki thi (complaint no 4528151) unhone kaha k apka transaction faled hui hai apko apka amount apki account me 7 se 14 din k andar refund hojayega… Maine 14th Dec 2017 tak wait Kia phir b ammount refund Nahi hua.. phirse Maine customer care ko call Kia (complaint no 45885553) phir se unka wahi jawab tha k Mai 14 days tak wait karun… Aj Kari 18 din hogaye Hain abhi tak mujhe Mera paisa wapis Nahi Mila..
Plz help me I don’t know what I do.. thank you
