I have added INR 5000 to paytm wallet from my HSBC credit card. Since Paytm provide a facility to transfer the wallet money to any bank account at cost of 3% charged levied by Paytm I have added the amount. But amount is automatically converted to paytm Givt voucher which can be used for buying, mobile recharge etc but not for transaction. Even Paytm is not allowing to cancel the purchase. Means I do not have any option to use that money except shoping, rechrging etc.
My concern is that when I was adding the why not Paytm has alerted for the same that your amount will be added to gift voucher and if it has been added to gift voucher why not paytm is allowing to cancel the purchase. It means Paytm is trapping and cheating with millions of customers. I want my money back in my credit card account. Please do something for it.

This happened with me too.. . Added 1000 and it gone added to GV… I. Thought for a while that I did something wrong…. I tried again and again the same And then I can’t able to pay the merchant…… .
Same happened. Cheaters. Unable to pay even.
