Dear Sir,
I booked ticket in Paytm on 21.03.2019 for 23.03.2019 Travel from Salem to Kaaraikkal. They have given ticket from Salem 12.30am on 23.03.2019 to Karaikkal 7.00am on 23.03.2019. I was waited at boarding point on 22.03.2019 at 11 pm to 3am on 23.03.2019. I was waited at roadside in unsafe place and i called to paytm. I and paytm tried to call Universal bus service. But We couldnt contact all mobiles switched off. Paytm confirmed that full refund will arrange and they advice that i can arrange own. Universal bus has celled me at 23rd evening for 24 th travelling.
So Paytm has given ticket for 23rd and Univer Bus has given ticket for 24th. I have attached both ticket. How can i travel. They are cheating to give refund Rs.1500. Paytm told me I have to contact universal bus service and Universal tole me that I have to contact paytm.
I request you kindly advice to collect my money and I have taken more risk for 3months. So please advice to give my man power and money power.
