Paytm sound box version 2 with a waiver of monthly rental of Rs.49/- for above 30 transactions is big cheating by them. After having 73 transactions Rs135/- has been deducted on 31/08/2022 and 30/09/2022 respectively. After contacting Customer care, 1st they assured to refund the amount within 48 hrs, but they don’t and the 2nd deduction also done. Now when I called the customer service, they rudely saying that I will be charged like the way they are charging now.
