I have Paytm account with mobilenumber 8019716116 and I am using this Paytm wallet since long back, the issue started with KYC. I am suffering physically and mentally becaause of Paytm online payment app. I have added 900/- recently and Account balance is showing 918/- but I am unable tosend amount toany one since two weeks despite of I have finished my KYC two times still it is showing KYC to be finished and when I am sending amount to any ine it is showing that Balance is 0 Number of times I tried to contactthem but Paytm is not practicing fair customer carepolicy the phone numbers given in web sites are not working or confusing the customer. After all the efforts as last effort I am making this complaint kindly help me and save me from Paytm.
