We are very old users of paytm, but from sometimes Paytm is not so convenient for us
We were using the Paytm for business for our shop & firstly our approximately 35000-40000 got stuck for over a period of 3-4 months , so after this incident we decided to stop the use of pos machine provided by Paytm as we were not using it from a long time , me myself wrote two emails to paytm for cancellation & refund process of the pos machine after the 2md email we were contacted by a representative of paytm , (we were told to give 7000 security deposit at the time of installation which was fully refundable while cancellation ) but the representative told us that he is not allowed to give any refund & he will just take the machine with himself,so we denied & contacted the person who installed the machine & he & the representative had a talk on the phone & the representative left saying he will be coming in a day all this took approximately 2-3 months ( which was charged by Paytm as per there monthly rental ) & after that till date 2nd of September 2023 (2/9/2023) no one from Paytm ever contacted us for it
On 26th of August 2023 (26/08/2023) a sum of rupees 3000 were transferred to that account by mistake by my mother & Paytm charged it for the rentals & we were sent only 50 rupees by Paytm & now I am unable to file a complaint for this particular issue in Paytm the help & support does not show any such query where I can file this complaint & we are being charged without even using the machine from 9-10 months
It was a tough phase while exiting Paytm & we are still not able to do so as our security amount which is 7000 + our rental in which we didn’t use the machine approximately 5300-5900 are still with Paytm
