I am a cement dealer in Bina,Sagar (M.P.) yesterday(07/12/2019) I accepted a payment through Paytm QR Code in my Shop of Rs3150 from a customer but PAYTM unnecessarily charged Rs74 as commission without any reason and setteled only 3076 to my bank account then I talked to there customer care executive and they didn’t have any reason for this. Where as at the time of opening Paytm business account it was clearly stated in written that there will be no charges on accepting the payment. This is a fraudulant act by PAYTM company
