I have purchased 2 cashback vouchers worth Rs. 999.00 each from Big Bazaar at District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 13th April 2019. And to make the payment against my purchase, I used these vouchers and I got successfully redeemed one of the vouchers worth 999.00 and the other voucher worth Rs. 999.00 got failed to redeem and the Paytm executive / representative who was present there at that time Mr. Sunil, who told me to purchase this voucher, told me NOT TO WORRY, you will get your refund of Rs. 999.00 in your paytm wallet, so you can pay the balance amount to the cashier by card or cash, so I did the same. And after that I am doing the followup with him by calling to get my amount refunded but not yet received also the cashback against the voucher which was redeemed successfully, has also not been received. And after that he stopped picking my phone. And when I called the PAYTM helpline no. 24 x 7 they said call on another number of Paytm Mall they will help you, and when I called Paytm mall number they said you need to send the message through paytm app,as we cannot provide you any help as this is not the right place to make the complaint against the vouchers. I have done everything whatever the PAYTM people told me, but till the date I am struggling to get my money refunded against the voucher and the cashback. Now its been a month now and nobody is helping me. Please help me to get my money back of Rs. 1099.00 (999.00 voucher + 100.00 cashback). Please find attached the screenshot of the my order.
