As i have booked ticket from Paytm and against that booking i got a cashback of amount 749 but it is not credited into my account and not this only i have booked one other ticket but didn’t got cashback of that ticket also and when i talked to Paytm customer support they directly told you will not get cashback for your recent booking but while booking the tickets the coupon code has get applied and while successfull booking also the amount of cash back is not credited to my Paytm wallet.
